Mark Woodward, a 40-year veteran of the Information Technology industry, joins Armor as Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Mark Woodward, a three-time CEO, has extensive experience in successfully growing software companies. Woodward served as President and CEO for E2open, a cloud-based company, which he took public in 2013. Woodward was also the longtime President and CEO of Serena Software, an infrastructure software company, which he helped take public in 1999. Woodward has worked as Chairman and CEO of Invoca, a marketing automation technology company, in addition to holding executive roles at McAfee and Legent. He currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors at Plutora Software, TeamFusion, and the foundation All Stars Helping Kids. Mr. Woodward attended the University of California, Los Angeles, where he studied computer science.

As Founder and President for Armor, Chris is charged with developing key strategic partnerships, creating large business opportunities, and advancing Armor’s long-term product vision. Chris founded the company in 2009. Under his leadership, Armor has grown to become one of the leading cloud security solutions providers in the industry, protecting 1,200 customers in 45 countries.

Prior to founding Armor, Chris began his career by serving as a paratrooper in the legendary 82nd Airborne Division of the U.S. Army. After his service, Chris went on to establish an interactive marketing and web development company, TargetScope, which developed hundreds of websites and applications containing critical data. After watching customers’ data being compromised while using other hosting providers, he saw a clear need in the market for a secure cloud platform and established FireHost, now Armor.

Chris has been recognized as one of the “40 under 40” business leaders by the Dallas Business Journal and has received the University of North Texas Distinguished Young Alumni Award. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of North Texas.

Bob Mosteller brings 25+ years of business experience with CFO and COO leadership roles in venture capital, private equity, financial services, and emerging technology companies.

Most recently, Bob served as the CFO of Talari Networks, an innovator of SD-WAN technology, where he and the executive team reorganized, capitalized and led the business to a successful acquisition by Oracle.

He currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors at Surpass Senior Living and NeoFirma. He is also an active advisor to Silver Creek Ventures, an institutionally-backed venture capital firm specializing in seed, start-up, and early-stage technology companies in Texas and California.

Mr. Mosteller attended Texas A&M University where he studied accounting.

Since that time, he has participated in over 30 private investments, serving on the board of directors of more than half of those companies.

He helps analyze, coordinate and execute many of the firm’s transactions while continuously supporting the firm’s partner companies.

Chris Smith is a partner and the director of consulting at The Circumference Group. Prior to founding The Circumference Group, Chris was Executive Vice President of Network Services of Alltel Corporation, the fifth largest wireless company in the U.S. Prior to its acquisition by Verizon in January 2009. Chris joined Alltel in 1991 and held a variety of roles. As EVP of Network Services, Chris was responsible for all new technology evolutions, short- and long-term network planning, engineering, operations, capital budgeting and management, and wholesale roaming relationships.

Chris has also served as a Board member at Calient Technologies, Goodman Networks (proxy Member), Conterra , and American Traffic Solutions. Chris currently serves on two non-profit boards: The University of Arkansas at Little Rock – College of Business, and The CALL-serving foster and adoption families.

Justin W. Lilley has served as a director on the Board of ST Telemedia since 2005. He has over 25 years of experience in the telecommunications, media and technology (TMT) industry, including advising the US government and numerous multinational corporations on TMT issues. In 2003, Justin founded TeleMedia Policy Corp., which specialises in TMT policy consulting.

Nikhil Eapen is Deputy Chief Executive Officer & Chief Investment Officer at ST Telemedia. He is responsible for driving ST Telemedia’s overall investment focus as well as building synergistic investment clusters and operating platforms in Infrastructure Technology areas across AI & machine learning, analytics, cloud, cybersecurity, software-defined infrastructure, and so on. Nikhil also oversees the corporate development activities of ST Telemedia with a view toward maximising value across ST Telemedia’s communications, data centres and technology portfolio.

Prior to ST Telemedia, Nikhil served as an investment banker for 19 years, starting his career as Financial Analyst at Salomon Brothers in 1997 and serving from 2008 to 2015 as Managing Director & Head of Asia-Pacific Technology, Media & Telecommunications Corporate & Investment Banking at Citigroup.

Nikhil graduated from University College London (UCL) with a Bachelor of Science (Honors) in Economics.

Steven Terrell (Terry) Clontz is Senior Executive Vice President, International, of ST Telemedia, where he is responsible for stewarding the company’s global investments. He is also Chairman of StarHub, Singapore’s first fully integrated information-communications company, as well as Director on the boards of Level 3 Communications, ST Telemedia Global Data Centres, Cloud9 Technologies, PSA International and Virgin Mobile Latin America.

Terry is a well-regarded veteran in the telecommunications and media industry with over 40 years of experience. He has held a variety of senior executive positions including Chief Executive Officer of StarHub, President and Chief Executive Officer of IPC Information Systems., based in New York, and President of BellSouth International (Asia-Pacific).
