Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how Armor collects and uses the personally identifying information you provide on our website and how we collect and use information that customers provide to us in connection with the creation or administration of Armor accounts, which we refer to as “Account Data”.

Acceptable Use Policy

This Policy is designed to help protect Armor, its customers and the public from illegal activities and other misuse of the Services. The Policy is a non-exclusive list of the actions prohibited by Armor.

Armor Terms of Services and Professional Service Agreements

Proof of Value (POV) Agreement

This Proof of Value (POV) agreement governs your use of the services during a specified period of time to evaluate the value offered from the Armor Services.

Terms of Services - North & South America

This Terms of Services Agreement applies to customers located in North America and South America and governs your use of Armor’s services.

 

Terms of Services - EMEA

This Terms of Services Agreement applies to customers located in Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia Pacific and governs your use of Armor’s services.

 

Professional Services Agreement - North & South America

This Professional Services Agreement applies to customers located in North  America and South America  and governs the provision of professional services by Armor.

 

Professional Services Agreement - EMEA & Asia Pacific

This Professional Services Agreement applies to customers located in Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia Pacific and governs the provision of professional services by Armor.

 

Armor Service Level Agreement

The Service Level Agreement defines Armor’s service commitments for the Complete and Anywhere Services.

These Service Descriptions describe and define each of the service components for the Armor Services.

 

Armor MSP Channel Partner Service Descriptions

These Service Descriptions describe and define each of the service components for the Armor Anywhere™ Services.  Each Service Definition describes the services and defines the roles and responsibilities of Armor and you.

 

Armor Beta Services Agreeement

The Service Level Agreement defines Armor’s service commitments for Beta Services.

 

Data Processing Addendum

This Data Processing Addendum shall serve as Amendment to the Services Agreement between Armor Defense Limited and/or its affiliates and the entity receiving Services listed on the signature pages hereto to reflect the parties’ agreement with regard to the processing of personal data.
