This Freemium Addendum ("Addendum") is an integral part of your agreement with Armor Defense Inc., a Delaware corporation (and/or its controlled subsidiary, Armor Defense Limited or Armor Defense Asia Pte. Ltd.) (collectively, "Armor"), for the provision of your access to and use of one or more of Armor's freemium Services ("Freemium Services"), as described in the order form ("Order") that you complete for such Services. This Addendum supplements, but does not replace, Armor's Acceptable Usage Policy ("AUP"). This Addendum does not modify the Armor Master Services Agreement ("MSA"), which (except for certain sections incorporated below or which may become applicable upon conversion or your Order to a paid subscription) applies only to paying customers. Any capitalized term herein and not defined will have the meaning as set forth in the MSA.

The terms below are a non-exclusive list of requirements and restrictions for using the Freemium Services. Armor reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, effective upon notice to you. Armor also reserves the right to interpret, apply, and enforce these terms in its discretion. By creating a freemium account or otherwise accessing the Freemium Services, you agree to the following:

Scope of Freemium Services

• Freemium Services are offered solely for internal evaluation use unless and except to the extent limited commercial trial use is expressly authorized in writing by Armor.

• Freemium Services may include limited functionality, usage caps, feature restrictions, or time limits. Armor may change, suspend, or discontinue any Freemium Service at any time without notice.

No Fees; Transition to Paid Services

• Armor provides the Freemium Services at no charge. The Freemium Services are designed to allow a potential paid subscriber for the Services to use the Services for a limited time and subject to certain restrictions, and then, per the terms of the Order (including billing information included by you in advance), automatically convert to a Paid Services subscription without the need for the execution or negotiation of an additional order form.

• Your Order will typically include an automatic conversion to a Paid Services subscription in the event you (i) continue to use the Services beyond the designated free use time period, (ii) use the Services in excess of specified usages caps or functionality restrictions, and/or (iii) otherwise take an action specified in the Order that will convert your subscription from one for Freemium Services to one for Paid Services. If and to the extent your subscription converts from Freemium Services to Paid Services, your use thereafter of the Paid Services will be governed by the terms of the MSA and the Paid Services subscription terms in the Order rather than this Addendum. Upon conversion to Paid Services, your subscription will be for the subscription term (such as month-to-month) set forth in the Order and for the Paid Services subscription fee specified or linked to in the Order.

Disclaimers for Freemium Services

• Freemium Services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind.

• Armor makes no commitments regarding availability, security, performance, or support. There will be no service-level commitments, uptime guarantees, or delivery obligations applied to Freemium Services.

• Armor does not guarantee detection of all vulnerabilities, threats, or malicious activity.

• Any third-party technology or services you may be permitted access to through the Freemium Services are used at your own risk. Armor is not responsible for such third-party products.

Data and Privacy

• Armor may collect and process usage data and diagnostic information from your use of Freemium Services to improve product performance and for security monitoring.

Acceptable Use

• Your use of Freemium Services remains subject to the Armor's AUP.

• Any violations of this Addendum may result in suspension or termination of your access to the Freemium Services.

Limitation of Liability

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, Armor will not be liable for any damages arising from any use of the Freemium Services by you or anyone access the Freemium Services through you.

• You agree to indemnify and hold Armor harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising either from any misuse of the Freemium Services by anyone acting through your account, or violation of these terms.

Termination

• Armor may terminate or suspend your access to Freemium Services at any time, with or without cause.

• Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Freemium Services.

Governing Law

• This Addendum will be governed by the same governing law and dispute resolution provisions set out in the MSA, as updated from time to time. The export restrictions and restrictions on reverse engineering in the MSA are also incorporated by reference.
