Mark Woodward, a 40-year veteran of the Information Technology industry, joins Armor as Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Mark Woodward, a three-time CEO, has extensive experience in successfully growing software companies. Woodward served as President and CEO for E2open, a cloud-based company, which he took public in 2013. Woodward was also the longtime President and CEO of Serena Software, an infrastructure software company, which he helped take public in 1999.
Woodward has worked as Chairman and CEO of Invoca, a marketing automation technology company, in addition to holding executive roles at McAfee and Legent. He currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors at Plutora Software, TeamFusion, and the foundation All Stars Helping Kids. Mr. Woodward attended the University of California, Los Angeles, where he studied computer science.
Bob Mosteller brings 25+ years of business experience with CFO and COO leadership roles in venture capital, private equity, financial services, and emerging technology companies. Most recently, Bob served as the CFO of Talari Networks, an innovator of SD-WAN technology, where he and the executive team reorganized, capitalized and led the business to a successful acquisition by Oracle.
He currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors at Surpass Senior Living and NeoFirma. He is also an active advisor to Silver Creek Ventures, an institutionally-backed venture capital firm specializing in seed, start-up, and early-stage technology companies in Texas and California. Mr. Mosteller attended Texas A&M University where he studied accounting.
Chris is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of STT Cloud, a company of ST Telemedia and founder of Quantum Security, a company of STT Cloud. Chris previously founded Armor in 2009. Under his leadership, Armor grew to become one of the leading cloud security solutions providers in the industry, protecting over 1,500 customers in 45 countries. Prior to founding Armor, Chris began his career by serving as a paratrooper in the legendary 82nd Airborne Division of the U.S. Army.
After his service, Chris went on to establish an interactive marketing and web development company, TargetScope, which developed hundreds of websites and applications containing critical data. After watching customers’ data being compromised while using other hosting providers, he saw a clear need in the market for a secure cloud platform and established FireHost, now Armor. Chris holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of North Texas.
Chris Smith is a partner and the director of consulting at The Circumference Group. Prior to founding The Circumference Group, Chris was Executive Vice President of Network Services of Alltel Corporation, the fifth largest wireless company in the U.S. Prior to its acquisition by Verizon in January 2009. Chris joined Alltel in 1991 and held a variety of roles. As EVP of Network Services, Chris was responsible for all new technology evolutions, short- and long-term network planning, engineering, operations, capital budgeting and management, and wholesale roaming relationships.
Chris has also served as a Board member at Calient Technologies, Goodman Networks (proxy Member), Conterra , and American Traffic Solutions. Chris currently serves on two non-profit boards: The University of Arkansas at Little Rock – College of Business, and The CALL-serving foster and adoption families.
Steven Terrell (Terry) Clontz is Senior Executive Vice President, International, of ST Telemedia, where he is responsible for stewarding the company’s global investments. He is also Chairman of StarHub, Singapore’s first fully integrated information-communications company, as well as Director on the boards of Level 3 Communications, ST Telemedia Global Data Centres, Cloud9 Technologies, PSA International and Virgin Mobile Latin America.
Terry is a well-regarded veteran in the telecommunications and media industry with over 40 years of experience. He has held a variety of senior executive positions including Chief Executive Officer of StarHub, President and Chief Executive Officer of IPC Information Systems., based in New York, and President of BellSouth International (Asia-Pacific).
Kyle Lee is Senior Vice President & Head of Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) at ST Telemedia. In this role, he leads a team responsible for undertaking investments, M&As as well as strategic corporate development activities of the company. Kyle has 30 years of experience in the areas of finance, strategic and venture investment, as well as business development.
Since joining ST Telemedia in 1998, Kyle has led and/or participated in major investment and corporate development activities of the company with respect to its communications, data centers, and technology portfolio. Prior to ST Telemedia, he held various positions in the areas of finance and business development with various Asian companies, and has worked and lived in Vietnam and Myanmar. Kyle holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the National University of Singapore.
