Item 110

Item detail

#110 Rondel Dagger

The side arm of the knights who fought the battles of Crecy, Poitiers, and Agincourt. This stiff bladed, single edged, dagger was often the last resort in close combat. A thrust through the visor or a chink in the armor of your opponent was often the only way to bring them down. The fluted grip and hexagonal guard and pommel make an elegant addition to your belt.

Original: c. 1379 Northern Italian, depicted in a fresco by Altichino.

Blade Length: 12" x 1" Overall Length: 16.75"
